With experience of more than a decade, Karishma advises a diverse clientele—including developers, land owners, promoters, high-net-worth individuals—on complex transactions involving acquisition, development, sale, leasing of land and commercial or residential premises.

Her core competencies include title due diligence, verification, drafting and negotiating conveyance, lease, license. Her practice also encompasses succession planning including of personal laws, wills, family arrangements, private trusts as well as other salient aspects of testamentary and intestate succession.
